Lapland University of Applied Sciences has long been an Erasmus partner of Mendel University and a popular university with our students.

This May we received a visit of eight of their lecturers who exchanged information with the AgriSciences and Forestry representatives during presentations, and guided by PhD student of Animal Production visited the Mendel Pavillon and various labs and teaching rooms. They enjoyed a taste of our university beer as well as later a visit to the university farm in Žabčice. The next day, Faculty of Forestry provided tour of the faculty as well as walkthrough the arboretum.
